Patriot’s Freedom-Drive ITM active full-time four-wheel drive (4WD) with LOCK mode gives drivers year-round assurance with its ability to handle driving in rain and snow. When in 4WD LOCK mode, it can handle deeper snow, sand and other low-traction surfaces. The Electronic Stability Programme(1) (ESP) applies selective braking to help control over- and understeering. You can turn off the traction control portion of ESP when navigating through more challenging off-road conditions.

Jeep Patriot’s clever features and sound system were designed to make sure you enjoy the journey. The standard self-recharging (lithium battery-powered) cargo lamp is situated in the cabin and doubles as a portable torch. Take your friends with you and enjoy a new adventure.

Jeep Patriot pairs the 6-speed manual transmission with the 2.0 CRD engine, a direct-injection masterpiece built for outstanding efficiency. Or you can go with the 2.4 VVT engine and enjoy its very impressive performance. Dual overhead cams and Variable Valve Timing (VVT) on both the intake and exhaust camshafts help the 2.4 VVT engine achieve exceptional horsepower and efficiency. The available Continuously Variable Automatic Transaxle (CVT2) with AutoStick features an infinitely variable number of gear ratios that transmit a constant stream of quiet power for both optimum fuel economy and high-revving motorwaypassing muscle when needed.
